Obesity factor

Dinner is less and exercise more but still too difficult to lose weight. Anything that causes obesity is hard to fight? Could there be an obesity virus?

Not a few obese people who have applied the same formula calories in with calories out, regular exercise, balanced diet that people normally do to maintain ideal weight. But the results are not there.

Health experts suspect there are additional factors that make weight gain. Effects of sleep deprivation to trigger the risk of overweight and obesity.

An increasing number of obese people is rapidly during the last three decades is thought to be associated with at least a reduced number of hours of sleep than the recommended 2 hours (7-8 hours a day).

"Lack of sleep will trigger the hormone ghrelin, the appetite stimulating hormone and reduced leptin, a hormone that triggers satiety. In essence, short bed will increase hunger and appetite to eat," said Dr. James Gangwisch of Columbia University, as quoted from Independent, Wednesday (6/1/2010).

Carole Caplin, director of the Health and Wellbeing LifeSmart Centre in London, said people who sleep less tend to accumulate fat. Dinner and drink alcohol that often do people stay up to relieve the mind from stress be the cause of obesity.

Apart from lack of sleep, there are some other things that can be obesity factor.

1. Side effects of medicines
Drugs such as steroids, antidepressants, anti psychotics and anti-epileptic can stimulate appetite. Besides high blood pressure drugs, heart disease and the contraceptive pill can cause weight gain. The only way to avoid these side effects is to be truthful with your doctor. If possible, the doctor will give other medications that do not cause side effects fat.

2. Old effect
As people age, most men and women will experience weight gain. No wonder, because typically the older person is also exercising less and less. This will affect the body's metabolism and hormones, especially in women.

3. Viral effect
It feels a bit odd to say there might be a virus that causes obesity. But Dr Dhurandher from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan said facts associated with it. According to obesity such as a virus that quickly spread like wildfire.

The average former smoker will experience weight gain after a few months of quitting smoking. That's because the food used as a substitute for cigarettes to create a sense of comfort. 6. Gene effects in the body

7. Effect at room temperature

When the body heat and sweat, the most widely released by the body is fluid rather than calories. But when in a cold environment, the body will move more to get the heat and warmth of the body.

The point is to prevent obesity and ideal body gets a lot of things that must be considered. Intention to have a healthy and ideal body will be in vain if only relying on one kind of business. For healthy, one must be willing to pursue all things, from exercise, eating right to adequate sleep. The total concept is simple secrets to get the ideal body and healthy living.

"We can not just rely on just one kind of factors eg exercise constant or consumption of healthy food but lack of sleep for example. According to him, everyone does have a biological clock and the biological factors that vary, but with a good arrangement are possible, including maintaining weight loss.
