Weight Loss Diet Really Can Cause Osteoporosis?

Diet craze suspected as one cause of osteoporosis. Because want to stay slim, afraid to drink susus tight keep your food and even loss of many nutrients that are essential for the body. Especially if you try high-protein diet. Excessive consumption of animal protein would likely inhibit the intestinal absorption of calcium, thus stimulating the onset of bone loss.

2. What about soft drinks?
