Diet Sharpen Your Memory

One more reason why you should start a healthy lifestyle early on. For someone who did not have weight problems, usually there is no reason for them to reduce daily caloric intake.

But you know, that in fact, by reducing calories, a person's memory can be sharper.

This was evidenced by a study conducted by researchers from the University of Munster, Germany. Their studies show that reducing calories will make a person's memory increased.

The study was conducted by analyzing the volunteers who average 60 years old. The volunteers were divided into three groups and given diets of different shapes.

The first group consumed an average calories per day, which both diets and reduce their calories, and a third to a strict diet.

After three months, they were given tests of memory. In the first and second group, no significant changes in their memory. But in the third group, their memories become much better.

Not only that, when examined, brain cells in all three groups became more healthy. Insulin levels and inflammation in the body was reduced.
